The "Question mark" comment up at the start refers to the fact that "10 held by H for the big guy" was not a declarative statement, but a question. In the source email, it reads, "10 held by H for the big guy?"

Did you read the NY Post story? Even they report that Hunter denied Joe was ever involved. President Biden also denied ever being involved.
