Overtime rule changes

Required to go for 2 point conversion in second overtime. Previously this occurred in the third overtime.

Starting with the third overtime, it will be a shootout with the ball on the 3 yard line for a 2 point conversion attempt. Previously the 3rd and 4th period started on the 25 and the 2 point conversion shootout started on the 5th overtime period.

As one who does not mind tied games,the more gimmicky the rules are, the less I like it. Go with either a shortened overtime period or give each team one possession from say their own 35 yard line.
