A slight twist on recruiting a forward. The idea of going

after a solid rebounder with the added asset of being a capable scorer as well. (King from Pitt.for example.). The twist being the consideration of going one in and four out, which opens up the door for more playing time for that type of player. It also would give the team a lot of versatility.

I believe we do need another big, to share time with Kate. 6'3" - 6'6" range. Fulfilling both those needs would still only give us nine players.

The tenth player might just be the best athlete left, out there, that would be a good fit for the team. (All this assumes that Maddy is returning.)

..after both have left Canisius.

Via Raoul:
"Canisius WBB transfer Sisi Eleko (6-2 SO forward, Montreal, Quebec) has announced her commitment to Eastern Michigan, following head coach Sahar Nusseibeh; Eleko averaged 15.9 PPG and 10.6 RPG in 2023-24 and was named first-team All-MAAC"

She might've been one of those all-around forwards you describe, much like Alyssa Latham.

She was and you did point out she might follow her coach. *
