I watched his interview on Wake Up the Echoes..

He of course mentioned the commitment to winning championships and gave lots of praise to Jack.

But I wasn't aware of his deep connections to golf, USGA and PGA/Ryder Cup. It made me wonder if he's going to pay more attention to the ND golf programs? I'm not sure what he can do to overcome the fact we are in South Bend. Certainly Warren is a great home course and I assume we have good golf facilities, but I don't know how they compare to Southern schools that tend to dominate college golf.

It'd be nice though to have a golf program that can make some runs in the NCAA.
