Did Kelly agree to give back a portion of his salary or not?

Or did he, as it seems from Saucy's tortured statement (I invite any other possible interpretations) that his agent, or Kelly himself, refused to agree to return a portion of his salary without first getting a pay raise as part of his contract extension.

Now, we know who Kelly is. He is the same guy who was getting his ducks in a row for an Eagles interview while sending his players out to get embarrassed and unprepared and exposed.

Side note: is Swarbrick capable of making a declarative statement, with a subject, and a predicate? He thinks he sounds lawyerly but he just sounds like a coward and a shyster who is trying to shuck and jive. Small time, like to $300 an hour, "spend down your reserve or you might get sued!" ham and egger he is.
