I do not want to see one word written by anyone about how ND players weren't motivated to win or just didn't want it as badly as the ISU players did.

The book on Notre Dame is "walks like Tarzan plays like Jane", especially away from home. While not a attention-grabbing opponent, as my friend Ed said on Dome & Domer the other day, if ND loses this game, it represents a backslide from any progress made in this reboot. If nothing else, it's a chance to show the committee they're deserving of more consideration next season.

If Notre Dame sleepwalks to a loss tomorrow, that is 100 percent on the coaching staff for not preparing them.
