Height:  5'9 Weight:  168 lbs. Alumni Status:  Air Force Academy, 1991
Location:  Saint Louis Favorite Baseball Team:  Cardinals
Natural Enemies:  All Communists, including the Wolverines, the Yankees, the Democrats, and about half the Republicans

Athletic Ability: Competitive Distance Running, Tennis

Sartorial Style: Brooks Brothers, Bow Ties (civilian job)
The Uniform (military job)
Whatever suits the occasion (the rest)

Favorite Beverage and Consumption Freq: Lagavulin - or any truly high-quality Scotch, really. At least once per week, and always stone-cold sobre. Drink cheaper stuff once you're lit.

Political Philosophy: Monarchy, if I thought today's civilisation could handle it. Otherwise, whatever best promotes the right balance of traditional values and freedom. In today's world, I'm a classic US conserative.

Religious Philosophy: I attend a canonically approved Tridentine Rite mass. Enough said.

Musical Favorites: Haydn, Mozart, the Beatles, Nat King Cole, and all the traditional greats of bluegrass (Lester Flatt, Earl Scruggs, Doc Watson, Jimmie Martin, etc.)

Favorite Quote from an ND Coach: I don't know it exactly, but it's the one from Lou Holtz in preparation for Colorado after the '89 season, in which he tells them how, after USC, he put the gloves on them to save his job. After what happened in Miami, and in preparation for Colorado, he told them that he didn't care if they fired him; he was "taking the gloves off."

Miscellaneous Data: I grew up wholly indifferent to Notre Dame. I cared about very little beyond doing what it took to become an Air Force pilot. It took leaving home to cause an entire list of clue lights to come on. On that list was a discovery of a) the full identity of ND, and b) the faction of humanity that hates ND. With that discovery, and with the speed of flipping on a light switch, I came to love ND and drip with contempt for her enemies.
