If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Take a post player who needs to transition to the pro's, had an injury (serious for Kitley, nagging for Holmes), "draft 'em and stash 'em" in the hope they can recover and improve some of the holes in their game.
