I probably didn’t express my issues with the mobile option by MDDomer

well. I certainly understand and appreciate the reasons behind mobile tickets. I posted elsewhere that I have been using them for years for my Washington Nationals tickets. My issue is that it appears from posts here and elsewhere along with my own experience that ND isn’t capable of doing this rollout in an efficient and orderly fashion. Most importantly is that they do not have adequate staffing and support to help those with problems.
