Firstly, a print at home option would resolve most issues in my opinion. I can do that for airline boarding passes, baseball stadium access, etc.

Notre Dame’s process requires the transfer of tickets and parking passes only to those with a Notre Dame account. That means that everyone entering with their own ticket or parking their car needs a smart phone and a Notre Dame account with the ticket or parking pass in their smartphone wallet. Or they must be with an account holder and smartphone owner who has their pass / ticket in that person’s smartphone wallet.

My in laws don’t have smartphones. They don’t have a Notre Dame account. Might seem crazy or out of date to some. They do have a computer and printer at home.
