In the burning fire pit of the 2016 season, BK was forced to shit-can staff members who were AFU -- one of which less than 24 hours before had been extended a very public in-season olive branch of 100% support. He was terminated the following day.

BK's search for replacements was "guided" by his AD and other experts, so as to not allow BK to hire another crony.

Also in that season's ash heap he was forced to begin yoga and other counseling measures due to the players' exit interviews torching his ass.

Fuck BK #1 - all of this "success" is a result of it being crammed down his throat.

Fuck BK #2 -- all of 2020's season ending ass-kickings are on his shoulders due to laziness of program/scheme thought and effort. How'd that jet work out in improving recruiting skill players this year? Ba da bing there's Fuck BK #3.

Start the process that RH posters defined over 15 years ago to ID and soft sign a tier one coach while making kissy faces with BK. Then when the time is right (NLT late 2021), kick BK's ass to the curb and announce the next the tier one coach to ND.

Rationale -- BK is what he is, and 2021 is likely gonna suck balls.
