And yes, you were exactly one of the people I was referring to. Although I can think of a few times where we let loose. There is a former editor-in-chief of ours that lives out in LA, where I am now; I've been meaning to drop a line and ask how things were going.

That is a shame about the frames. I thought I had lost mine for about five years, but miraculously found them in the attic of my parents' house about eight years ago.

My grandparents passed away earlier this year. My father and I spent a weekend going through their house, attempting to organize their personal effects. While going through one of their closets, I found a large garbage bag full of newspapers. Apparently, they had subscribed to the Observer, and kept all the papers that had articles that I wrote. I brought them back with me, but have no idea what to do with them, other than to keep them in a safe space in the closet. But some tears were shed when I found them.
