The big race is the World Championships in Budapest in August.

The men’s 1500 meter is contested over 3 races, a prelim, semifinal and final. Those races are on the 19th, 20th and 23rd.

Jakob Ingebrigtsen will be the favorite and has been inching up on the world record. He ran 3:27.14 this summer which is a little over a second from El Guerrouj’s 25 year old record of 3:26 flat.

Have not seen what the TV coverage is, but NBC owns the rights so I would think they will have events on the main NBC channel, USA, CNBC and the dreaded Peacock.
