Unfortunately, pretty much the whole team (Kiefer included) looked to be outclassed, though I gather there's not much shame in that as the Italians are on a completely different level from any other team right now.

national team in Europe has won more individual and team titles than the Italian women.

On the world stage, it isn't much different as the Italian women dominate there as well.

And the Italian men are even better when comparing metals.
