Why is BM playing with 10 in extra time? Shouldn't they treat this as of the first 2 games are on the books?

Maybe they should, but it doesn't work that way.

Away goals count the same in extra time too, so Bayern aren't dead yet.

They have leg 1, and leg 2 and extra time is a continuation

If send-offs still matter, then away goals should as well.

The logic seems half-implemented. It's either a 'new game' or it isn't.
They do, at least according to the FS1 broadcast crew. *
