Its been on the table for over 6 months now.

Arsenal PLC current structure has no experience outside of Wenger's control of the football operations.

They would love to keep extending and not deal with wiping the slate clean.

It isn't just replacing the manager of the squad. It's replacing the 30 other roles he fills at the same time.

This the fault of both ownership and Wenger to have a proper succession plan in place. Arrogance and stubbornness.
