With the teams tied 1-1 on aggregate and 0-0 on away goals, Pulisic received a through ball in the box and chipped the keeper to give Dortmund a 2-1 lead. Beautiful goal.

Two minutes later, Aubameyang added another goal to give BVB a 3-1 lead on aggregate. And now die Schwarzgelben can look forward to the quarterfinals.

He carried himself well after the game (see link for video).

Have you seen the Vice special that Roger did with him?

It's really quite good - shows that he's well grounded and is approaching his career in a very mature way. We don't want to Adu this kid, but man is he on the right track.

He's already accomplished things Adu could only dream of.

The problem with Freddy was that he was an early-bloomer who got hyped to the skies on his skills before he had ever really accomplished anything (at least at the senior level). Pulisic has already had success in a top league and the CL, so I don't think there's any comparison.

Add another assist for the American.

Aubameyang with the hat trick. He now has 7 goals in his last three matches.

Pulisic, too, is in incredible form. At this rate, he simply must start in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
