He has recorded nearly a point per game over the last two seasons. He was a late-blooming junior prospect who was about to play D-III until Princeton swooped in at the last second. Murphy then stuck with Princeton during their canceled COVID freshman season. He turns 25 this week. Apparently Boston College was after him (Murphy attended Boston College High School) and ND moved in hard. No idea if that means NIL or a more typical recruiting pitch.
