since Shannahan had his run of making everyone look like Shaun Alexander. When was the last dude that went there and was able to flourish?

In which case, RBs have done quite well- Kamara, Ingram, Sproles, and more. The issue I see for Estime there is it seems like Payton favors the pass-catching, shifty guys vs the bruising downhill runners. I suppose we’ll see if Estime can play a goal line/short-yardage role in some capacity to start, at least.
