Seriously, anyone who has ever been in any leadership position knows full well that when you leave you say goodbye to your successor, wish him or her well, and tell them that they have your phone number and email address if they ever need to talk about anything. And you fully expect you will never hear from them.

Once your term is up your only remaining responsibility is to go…just go.
