I can't be the only one disappointed with this.

The guy is 35 years old. What makes us think he's ready? He has no head coaching experience. Do you remember what his defense is looked like early in the year? It was patently awful. I will grant that he has improved over the year, so at least he has the ability to adapt unlike our previous HC.

But overall, I'm very underwhelmed.
