...on my phone, which is how ND issued them to me. I don't believe ND issues any paper tix for football anymore. Not sure if UW or any 3rd-party resellers issued paper tix.

or so I have been informed by an acquaintance. They are given out for people who cannot get the system to work.
Because this is done sparingly, I would think that an explanation of the provenance of these tickets would be forthcoming.
Definitely have seen couple people with physical tickets
