Wisconsin's loss to PSU was a very winnable game against a competitive program.

Notre Dame now has 2 games that were wins that felt like losses, one of them being to Toledo.

I think Wisconsin fans have more optimism on what they can accomplish, whereas many ND fans are looking at the next 5 games and hoping we can win more of them than we lose.
