I had his Twitter page bookmarked. He was great on the historical stats and more importantly, he understood the legacy of Notre Dame football as as the shadows keep getting longer between the champions of the past and today's teams.

I can't believe he was younger than me. He was taken too soon but he's in Our Lord's hands now. Rest in peace.
