Lea is not a good recruiter and add the fact he had one foot out the door...

Hopefully Freeman isn't simply better than Lea, like Kelly is "ND's best coach since Holtz." And hopefully he can stay engaged as I suspect he'll be looking to land a HC gig within the next 12-24 months.
