I don't trust Swarbrick to make a hire.

If I were in charge, I'd see to it today that Jack "retires". Then I'd hire a proven AD with a track record of hiring coaches that elevate their revenue producing programs. I'd tell him that our goal is NCAA football playoff wins and basketball final four appearances and let him do his job to produce them. I'd suspect that would result in a timeline for BK's to elevate his performance or retire.
