I am not trying to be a smart ass, I am just curious, why do those three programs get those kids, and ND doesn't?

I hear that the Jack, the university, BK don't make football a priority to win championships like we once did. Ok, what is done differently? If you were king for a year at ND, and your only goal was to win a championship, no room for failure, where do you start? How do you get us on par with those programs?

And I am sorry, I am sure this has been answered 100 times before, and I am not trying to be snarky
