I hardly think they will beat us senseless.

In fact, I think we have a solid chance of winning at least 1 out of 2 if this happens. I think schools can decline an invitation to a Bowl Game but I don't think you can decline a conference championship without it being recorded as a loss/forfeit and possibly conference imposed sanctions?

I'm not sure how that would work and how ND would or wouldn't be affected as a partial member in football.
