I don't think Swarbrick agreed to anything at this point other than the arrangement as reported.

My concern is when 2021 rolls around (and perhaps 2022) and the world has not reverted to its pre-COVID state. At that point, Swarbrick might have a convenient excuse to join the ACC full time and the conference might make him an offer that he won't refuse.
