It’s a pat on the head that he’s managed to maintain ND at a level of Iowa.

TW is the only ND coach I've seen be a poor recruiter

Funny enough, Charlie Weis was an excellent recruiter...we could do it again, but he deserves a lot of credit for 2012's excellent season (which Kelly almost destroyed after the SC game the year before)
