I'd wager that WAR refers to Wins Above Replacement. Presumably, Pro Football Focus has tried to create some football analogue to the widely known baseball analytic statistic. Unlike baseball, I don't know how you could possibly quantify much of what an offensive line does to know which school's lineman produce the greatest WAR in the NFL.
