Look, we all know that we're lucky to have Brian as our coach and he will probably be frustrated with the way our idiot players let him down tonight. At this moment he is easy pickings for the many NFL teams that want to hire him and benefit from his genius.

So it's the perfect time to increase his pay and extend him long-term. Just imagine what Brian could do with another decade here.
