Mike Leach (Bob Stoops)
Mark Helfrich (Chip Kelly)
David Shaw (Jon Gruden/Jim Harbaugh)
Steve Sarkisian (Pete Carroll)
Kyle Whittingham (Urban Meyer)
Bob Stoops (Billl Snyder/Steve Spurrier)
Charlie Strong (Lou Holtz/Urban Meyer)
Mike Gundy (Les Miles)
Kirk Ferentz (Bill Belichick)
Urban Meyer (Lou Holtz)
Mark Dantonio (Jim Tressel)
Gary Pinkel (Don James)
Kevin Sumlin (Bob Stoops)
Nick Saban (Bill Belichick)
Bret Bielema (Bill Snyder)
Dan Mullen (Urban Meyer)
Mark Richt (Bobby Bowden)
Jimbo Fisher (Nick Saban)
Jim Harbaugh (Bo Schembechler)

It doesn't seem to be a huge list, though I may be missing some that should be included. I think Shaw, Sarkisian, Ferentz and Sumlin are debatable on the second criterion (outperforming their program's historical norm); I personally think Sarkisian qualifies for pulling UW out of the crater left by integriTY, and the others can be excluded. We also have to include Bo as a great coach to get Harbaugh on the list. I wouldn't be that surprised if Strong started the Kelly death march on 9/5/15 (assuming Swarbrick or the NFL doesn't save us first).
