that has more than a 120 day out clause. I've also never seen a non-compete cross over industries. The agreements I deal with are Physician and healthcare related however. My guess would be Gruden is securing his future but also allowing him the flexibility to leave for a coaching job he cannot refuse. I am not saying that is ND but could be an NFL job etc...
