But if you agree that we've likely seen Kelly's ceiling, I don't share your cowardice. The possibility (absent a "guarantee") that we'll remain mired in mediocrity, or heaven forbid, slide further into mediocrity (reminds me of being "kind of pregnant") ought not deter us from attempting to achieve our presumed objective of consistent excellence.
