Having had to take training because I work on a college campus, has me scared at how complaints are handled and even what constitutes complaints. It will be interesting to see what comes out of the announcement Betsy DeVos made last week. I'm hoping that common sense will prevail, but with higher ed these days, it appears doubtful. They really are Kangaroo Courts and in the end, the real victims are the ones who lose.

If he was tormenting a girl by telling her he was going to kill himself then they needed to protect her, but what would have happened if he did kill himself after being expelled?

Well, the expelled him for harrassment
