I hate West Coast IPAs. New England IPAs are decent.

I guess it's a hops things?

West coast IPAs have the hop flavor and are generally on the bitter side, while NE IPAs tend to have hop flavor without much bitterness


I brew IPAs with leftover hops from other batches of beer.

The "hazy" craze has gone entirely too far, as well.
