in the Recent Articles section are worth reading. ND has had consistent top ten classes, but doesn't come close to making the elite eight in the tournament. This is also the second time in five years that ND has a recruit ranked #1 in the class. Cortney Fortunato had a great career, but top teams could concentrate on stopping her and beat ND.
