Favorite Quote from an ND Coach:		After Lou Holtz' Arkansas team won a spot in the Orange Bowl, the fans were pelting the field with Oranges. When the sideline announcer asked Lou about his feelings/thoughts...Lou's comment was, "Well, I'm just glad we're not going to the Gator Bowl!"
