Athletic Ability:		HS and some college football; HS & NCAA lacrosse, as both an athlete and a coach. These days, I still coach some youth and high school boys lacrosse. I am putting in the work these days to get back into shape, and trying to get back down to my college playing weight.
Sartorial Style:		Mostly comfortable, casual, preppy type wear--boots, jeans and a sweater. Simple guy.

Political Philosophy:		Fiercely independent, and proud of it.
Religious Philosophy:		I believe I am more and more strongly connected to God each and every day, one day at a time. In terms of denomination, I am a member of the Presbetyrian church. Generally speaking, I am spiritual and a believer still searching for the answers.
