This new database is replacing our well-used Ticket/Accomodations board. Given the unwieldy nature of the buying/selling/trading of ND commodities, we figured it would be easier for people to use an interface like this rather than have to scan a message board.

The current message board will probably stay in existence, and will eventually be used to report ticket scams and other issues that may arise regarding gaining admission to ND sporting events. But for now, the board is locked. If you have a ticket request on that board that is still outstanding, we strongly suggest you create a new entry in this database. People will be less likely to peruse the board for info going forward.

A couple of features of which you should be aware:

• While it's not enabled right now, in the near future, we will add functionality that, when people enter a request that dovetails with something you've requested (e.g. someone says they have Michigan tickets, you have an active request for Michigan tickets), you will receive an email alerting you to the presence of that request. As such, you'll probably want to make sure the address tickets at ndnation.com (replacing the at with the usual sign) is on your safe senders list. We'll let you know when that function rolls out.
  
• A new interface doesn't change the basic rules -- face-value sales or like-kind exchanges only. If you encounter someone trying to scalp using this info, let us know.
  
• We've tried to make the system as robust as possible, but the possibility of bugs can never be eliminated. Don't hesitate to contact us if you encounter something you think shouldn't be there.
