Important notes on articles:

• Please do not copy entire articles into your post; rather, provide links to them.. We are now links-only for ALL Internet publications. If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. At the very least, you'll save yourself some grief on the boards.
• If your first reaction after reading the article you're going to share is the author is uninformed / stupid / a jerk / all of the above, it's not worth sharing with anyone. I thought Nagbe and Zusi showed some great promise. Throw Bobby Wood and Christian Pulisic up there with Nagbe and suddenly things are looking much more promising. We'll see if Zusi can defend if he's put under pressure, but it seems to have been a pretty smart move on Arena's part. Almost like putting James Milner at LB. You don't need anything exceptional. Just a good workmanlike performance and someone that can provide decent ball movement from the wing.

Jones and Bradley are huge question marks moving forward. Jones because he's clearly our best option at CM - but he'll be pushing 37 in Russia. Bradley because our captain has almost no impact on the game whatsoever. And of course there is the question about keeper. But it's all really irrelevant. If we can't solve the problem at CM, it really doesn't matter how the rest of the pieces fit.

It's a shame really. Michael Bradley should be in his prime leading this team. But at this point, he's probably the biggest weakness.
