The technical answer is yes, they have. by NDCuse

In 2007, Saban’s first year and as a carry over from the Schula era and during Saban’s watch. I didn’t raise it b/c it is minor stuff that overlapped coaching staffs but since you believe that is the only relevant metric. I also never said the NCAA only picks on ND. I said that anyone who thinks the NCAA has done a thorough and equitable job policing this stuff, is a fool. I didn’t bring ND into this, you did. My your standard, Urban Meyer runs the cleanest program.

I’ll repeat for the millionth time, if Alabama’s program is completely/mostly clean and still achieving at this level it is unprecedented in modern CFB. That’s all I said. It had nothing to do w/ ND or Kelly but that’s all it took to launch you into a rant and a bunch of exaggerated “but ND” whataboutism. As far as taking it elsewhere, I get it, you find it necessary to be hyper vigilant and stamp out any possible instance of “Kelly-love” or “homerism” whether real or conjured from your imagination. You find it necessary to invoke Swarbrick in a conversation about Alabama’s recruiting b/c you need to purge any perceived excuse for ND, again whether real or imagined. Even the Alabama homers don’t believe they’re clean but you must as an article of faith. Your singular focus on a program you clearly loathe has caused you to take irrational positions and a defensive posture on a comment that had nothing to do with ND.
