We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. success, as you pretty much outline:

1) Relentless (work ethic).
2) Strong 2-way communicator (connects with people, energetic, good listener, clearly articulates his/ND's vision).
3) Credentials (track record).

Without getting ahead of ourselves, those are three pretty damn important leadership attributes...

As for 2022 recruiting, Sneed is ranked #70 overall, the highest rated LB commit since Nyles Morgan, #54 overall, in 2014 (8 YEARS AGO).

Sneed is one of 2 current commits ranked in the top 10 of their position group (he is ranked as #8 LB, Staes is ranked as #10 TE).

Marcus Freeman sets the bar now for his colleagues.

He's a massive upgrade over Clark Lea as a recruiter (not sure what the hell he was doing his last 1-2 years at ND), and also exposes lagging recruiting at every other position group.
