Total offense (YPG) by pmcdnd96

2020: 26
2019: 44
2018: 32
2017: 27
2016: 62
2015: 27
2014: 34
2013: 68
2012: 54
2011: 35
2010: 61

There are two things about these numbers that are misleading:
1.) Rankings don't give one an idea of how good the offense could/should have been. In 2016, our offensive roster included:
QB DeShone Kizer (15 NFL starts)
RB Dexter Williams (2 years in NFL)
RB Tarean Folston (1700+ career rushing yards)
RB Josh Adams (3 years in NFL)
WR Equanimeous St. Brown (7 NFL starts)
WR Miles Boykin (24 NFL starts)
WR Chase Claypool (873 receiving yards as an NFL rookie)
TE Durham Smythe (29 NFL starts)
OL Quenton Nelson (NFL All Pro)
OL Sam Mustipher (Made NFL roster)
OL Mike McGlinchey (44 NFL starts)
OL Alex Bars (8 NFL starts)
...and all we could do was 62nd
2.) IMO, the fatal flaw with out offense isn't that it doesn't put up numbers, it's that it's useless against good teams with talented defenses.
