Every major program is mobilizing their marketing/digital resources to compete for top talent on NIL terms.

ND is, in my opinion, uniquely positioned.

However, ND must also be able to tell elite recruits how they can get them drafted in the 1st round, that they can win a national championship and that their position coach and coaching staff can get both of those things done.

It could also create a bit of adverse selection in terms attracting short-term-minded, selfish individuals that put individual brand-building ahead of team goals. ND will have to be thoughtful in how they navigate and execute this new landscape.
