If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. At the very least, you'll save yourself some grief on the boards.

Offering 82 scholarships isn't the same as signing and admitting them. Purely from an academic standpoint, how different is it for an athlete to be admitted to ND vs OSU? What variables are different? GPA? SAT?

I, like many here, do not want to see ND turn into the old SWAC, but damn I want to see us be the ass kicker instead of being on the receiving end.

I can't help but keep thinking about how recruiting changed with the PTB when Lou offered Randy Moss a scholarship. They didn't look favorably on that, and hand cuffed him and everyone else in recruiting ever since.
