USC moved into #8 (w/21 recruits) - ND back to #9 (w/27)?? by Hickster

Oklahoma is at #10 for team recruiting rankings with only 16 recruits. Oklahoma should pass ND and have plenty of recruiting room for their 2022 class. Of the top 14 teams, there are only 2 teams without a 5-Star recruit (#6 Oregon & #9 ND).

The 2022 class for each school will on average have fewer recruits, since that class will have to get back to the 85 total scholarship limit, after the 2021 Covid-19 exception. Therefore, the Top 20 teams should have a higher percentage of 4-Stars since the elite schools may not have as many scholarships available (unless they do some draconian roster management). ND should have a lot fewer scholarships in 2022 due to having 27 recruits in 2021 (tied with VT for the largest recruiting class of any team in the top 100 classes), so they will be missing out on the extra 4-Stars that should be available.
