I think our overarching goal on offense is too simplistic... by wiNDycityfan

and doesn’t even consider a different mentality or approach. Our offense aims to exploit mismatches, use the QB’s legs to create when the opportunities disappear, have a sound running attack to back that up, be efficient with the resources we bring in. Not only this is like the kind of shit Northwestern or Cincinnati bring to the table, we apparently don’t have the vision (or be willing to recruit) to expand on this mentality.

Nick Saban came to Alabama and pushed his vision to a true pro-style attack that expands across all areas of the field, surrounding himself with great coordinators/play callers, and gone out grabbed the best players. That man is racing with Lamborghini-level machinery, and Brian Kelly thinks the narrative needs to change when his suped-up Mustang comes up short.
