If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. I am pretty confident in the staff to put together a great by athlete37

game plan for Friday. I think that this staff matches up well with anyone in the country’s staff as far as assistants. Balis has done a phenomenal job with S&C, I think Rees has a very unique mind that is like an archive of prior plays, Lea is as good as any defensive coordinator in the country, and McNulty/Quinn have been as good as anyone coaching their positions.

I agree with your point about talent and also that Kelly has been out coached in the past. I think he has done a better job of hiring good assistants, taking his hands off of things, being a better coach for the players, evaluating and developing talent, etc. What may ultimately be his undoing and keep the current ceiling is the fact that it took him ten damn years to realize that we should be getting top 5 classes fairly regularly, even if not annually.

Kelly is like the kid that has to learn every lesson through experience instead of listening to their parents, but at this point we put up with it for a long time to get to where we are currently. And I think that everyone over bills Alabama until someone beats them each season. Might as well be us this year.
